AlignHR is excited to announce that it will be launching the first version of its new employee engagement software (SAAS) suite called, EngageME, starting in January 2020. EngageMe is an affordable software platform to help companies/organizations and their leadership/management teams better engage their team members using a digital platform, providing important employee insight and data to help improve company culture and achieve business objectives.
EngageME provides many opportunities to engage team members throughout the various stages of the employment life cycle. The software suite consists of modules which include, but not limited to, performance management/goal alignment, experience and personal development, rewards/gifts, care book/inspiration options, succession planning, credential/education/training tracking, orientaiton/on-boarding resources/tracking, core employee HR employee data, share a concern, surveys, and innovation/Improvement development.
The EngageMe Suite can be used as a stand alone software or can integrate with a third party payroll, HRIS, HRMS, and/or related employee data software platform. More information to come!
