Diana is an HRCI and SHRM certified professional with more than 25 years in the field. Leadership roles include Assistant Vice President Operations/HR in banking, Senior HR Manager for multiple U.S. sites in a global business outsourcing corporation, which spanned many industries, and served as Chief Human Resources Officer in higher education. She enjoys partnering with business colleagues to find the best solution for their organizations and teams.

Diana holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Wheeling Jesuit University in Human Resource Management. She is active with her church, serves as a board member for a local hospital and is an officer for the Upper Ohio Valley SHRM chapter.

She enjoys time with family and friends, Bible studies, playing games, and dabbling in watercolor painting. She and her husband like spending time on the Gulf Coast of Florida whenever time permits.
