Kristel has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within Staffing/Recruiting. Her experience ranges from working in the staffing industry, to auto insurance in a more HR Generalist role, to recruiting and staffing in the health insurance industry for many years. She continues to have a passion for connecting well with people, putting her clients’ needs at the forefront of any search and using her communication skills to connect well with both leadership and potential candidates.

Kristel has a bachelor’s degree from Corban University in Business Communications and started her career in Human Resources right out of college. She took some time away from her career to raise her family and is happy to be back in the Recruiting field, working with a variety of clients through her role here at AlignHR.

When not at work, Kristel is busy and blessed with her husband, three children and three dogs! She enjoys staying involved in her kids’ school activities, teaching them piano and especially loves spending her free time together camping in the trailer and making memories on new adventures together.
