Tara DiMillo is an HR professional from the Buffalo, NY area with experience in benefits administration, FMLA administration, payroll, and personnel management. One of Tara’s greatest strengths is the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies. She is also a stellar multi-tasker with effective problem-solving skills. She genuinely enjoys working with people and doing everything she can to assist clients with whatever they need.

Tara holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She has been married for almost 10 years and has three very active sons (ages 8, 6, and 3). She enjoys playing the piano, cooking/baking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
