Zach Abraham is the Shareholder of AlignHR, LLC and currently serves as its CEO.  AlignHR provides human resource advisory, payroll, recruiting, and business related services to small and medium size businesses throughout many regions of the U.S. 

Prior to helping create AlignHR, LLC, Zach previously helped grow McKinley Carter Wealth Services, Inc. in a variety of roles, including Chief Human Resource Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations. While in those roles, Zach helped to lead and manage human resources, business operations, risk management, client service operations, information technology, facilities management, and industry specific compliance.

Prior to McKinley Carter, Zach spent ten years working in organizational operations and human resource management for the Wheeling Hopsital, Inc. hospital/healthcare system in northern West Virginia and eastern Ohio, serving over 2,200 employees.

Zach is very involved in his local community and has served on many boards, including many non-profits over the years.  He also serves on the boards of the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce, Regional Economic Development Partnership, Ohio Valley Regional Transit Authority, and the Ohio County Development Authority.  Zach has also served as an elected official as a Board of Education member in Ohio County, was apppointed by Governor Justice to serve on the WV Commission on the Arts, and currently serves in an elected position as a County Commissioner. 

Zach is a member of the Wheeling Rotary Club, Society of Human Resource Management, and was past President of the Upper Ohio Valley SHRM.  Zach is also very active with his family, previously coaching his kids in football, hockey, and soccer.  He also enjoys traveling and serving as a member of Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church in Wheeling.
